What do the Japanese do for health insurance?

Well they have some pretty good ideas and it's not run by their government either.

Will their system which was invented after ours work better for us?

We did invent the automobile and they seem to have a much better system than ours. I don't recall Toyota or Honda filing for bankruptcy.
