A report from ADP Research Institute showed that many Human Resource professionals understand that the healthcare industry is changing, and it directly affects their employers.
The report found that 64 percent of HR workers at small businesses think that the industry is changing considerably. In addition, 52 percent of HR professionals at medium-sized and large companies said the same thing. Also, the study indicated only 40 percent of those at large companies said they fully understand the new healthcare requirements for workers. Further, only 20 percent of HR professionals at small businesses said the same, while 17 percent at medium-sized organizations noted similar thoughts. "The ADP Research Institute's recent survey clearly shows that confusion and lack of preparedness surrounding Affordable Care Act provisions is a widespread issue for U.S. companies of every size, although small and midsized companies seem particularly challenged," said Jan Siegmund, chief strategy officer of ADP. Many consumers who feel they may have an unstable healthcare situation at their office may benefit by seeking out another plan. This can be made easier by checking out available health insurance options online. Looking for multiple health insurance quotes may get a person what they need to be properly covered. Trackbacks
